At The Bees Knees Design, we bring words to life — literally.
For the All In Edmonton brand activation, our team fabricated a bold, freestanding 3D sign that turned typography into an interactive experience. Measuring 16 feet long, 5 feet tall, and 2 feet deep, this vibrant logo installation became the visual centerpiece of conferences and events, merging storytelling and structure in true hive-built fashion.
Crafted from lightweight yet durable materials, the giant letters were engineered for easy, one-person assembly — because brilliance shouldn’t need a crew. Each piece was precision-cut, finished in gradient colour tones that reflected the city’s energetic brand identity, and paired with custom-built crates for safe transport and quick setup between shows.

To extend the buzz beyond the main stage, we also created a 3-foot desktop version that doubled as a meeting centrepiece and photo op, along with a double-sided, 8-foot hanging “Edmonton” sign designed for visibility in high-traffic event spaces. The result was a suite of 3D signage that inspired engagement and brand recognition across every touchpoint — a perfect blend of scale, craft, and portability.
