TBKD fabricates custom product displays and display stands designed around the products they showcase. Rather than adapting a product to an existing display system, we create structures that support its presentation, accessibility and intended use. From freestanding product display stands and dimensional presentation platforms to custom shelving, branded fixtures and integrated display structures, we develop solutions that make products the focus of the experience.

A working demonstration can communicate a product’s benefits more effectively than static graphics or conventional shelving. TBKD fabricates interactive product displays that allow visitors to engage with a product, explore its features and experience its functionality.

Depending on the project, custom displays can incorporate physical controls, mechanical components, screens, lighting, plumbing and other functional systems.

For RainStick, TBKD fabricated two custom displays: one showcasing the shower-head and another incorporating a foot pedal to demonstrate the difference in water flow between a conventional shower-head and the RainStick system. The interactive demonstration transformed a technical product benefit into a physical experience that visitors could activate and observe.

Whether the goal is to demonstrate product performance, compare features or encourage visitor participation, we develop the display around the intended interaction and practical operating requirements.

Sometimes the most effective display is inspired by the product itself. For EMUGE FRANKEN, TBKD fabricated an oversized industrial chuck replica that incorporated acrylic shelves for presenting cutting tools and accessories. The sculptural structure transformed a recognizable industrial component into functional custom displays, combining large-scale fabrication with practical merchandising.

Dimensional custom displays can incorporate oversized product replicas, shaped structures, integrated shelving and custom presentation surfaces to communicate what a brand makes or how its products are used.

From freestanding displays and branded product stations to custom cabinetry, equipment surrounds and integrated merchandising fixtures, our work is developed around the intended commercial environment.

For AGLC GameSense, TBKD fabricated 25 matching branded display structures designed to accommodate slot machines while incorporating lockable storage and dimensional branding. The project demonstrates how custom retail fixtures can be developed around specific equipment requirements while maintaining consistent branding across multiple units.

Some products benefit from a more integrated presentation environment, where display cabinetry becomes part of the surrounding architecture. TBKD fabricates custom display cabinets, product showcases, shelving systems and presentation counters that combine functionality with the visual character of the space.

For Infinity Spa, TBKD designed and fabricated custom interior elements as part of the transformation of penthouse suites at a hotel in Nuremberg into a wellness environment.

We work from client concepts, sketches, renderings, technical drawings or early creative direction to establish the display’s intended function, appearance and physical requirements.

Depending on the project, prototypes or individual components may be developed to evaluate proportions, fit, function or assembly before final production. Display structures are then fabricated using appropriate methods for cabinetry.

Custom displays are developed around the specific products or equipment they need to accommodate. This may include custom supports, access openings, internal storage, demonstration components, display/screens or integration with existing systems.

Fabricated components are prepared and finished to achieve the required appearance. Custom colours, surface treatments, dimensional logos and other branded elements are incorporated into the finished display.
