From concept to installation, we manage every stage of the process with care and creativity. First, our designers develop unique ideas that match your brand, audience, and space. Then, our fabrication team builds durable and detailed pieces that are made for high-traffic retail environments.
As a result, our clients receive custom displays that are both beautiful and functional.
We specialize in large-scale props, holiday displays, retail booths, and immersive themed decor. In addition, we create custom kiosks, photo moments, and experiential spaces that encourage social sharing and increase foot traffic.
Because every mall is different, we tailor each project to fit your location, timeline, and marketing goals.

Insights / Fabrication Guide
Can You Design and Build Custom Santa Sets?
Yes. TBKD can fabricate custom Santa sets and holiday environments rather than relying solely on catalogue decor. The environment can include scenic structures, dimensional props, photo areas, sculptural elements, signage and other custom features developed around the shopping centre and available space.
Can You Develop the Santa Set Concept and Story Too?
Yes. We can become involved before fabrication begins and help develop the creative concept, visual direction and guest experience. This is particularly useful when a client has an objective or theme but hasn’t yet determined exactly what the physical environment should become.
Can You Build Oversized Mall Displays, Such as a 10-Foot-Tall Purse?
Yes. Everyday objects and products can be translated into oversized sculptural displays for retail and mall environments. The fabrication approach depends on the shape, scale, required finish, location, visitor interaction and whether the installation is temporary or intended for repeated use.
Can Mall Decor Be Built in Sections for Easier Storage?
Yes. Large seasonal displays can often be designed as modular assemblies that separate into manageable sections. Planning storage and transportation during the design phase can significantly reduce the amount of space required between seasons and simplify annual installation.
Can You Build Custom Upholstered Santa Thrones?
Yes. Custom Santa thrones can be designed and fabricated specifically for the theme and visual direction of a Santa set or holiday environment. The design can incorporate custom shapes, dimensional details, upholstery, fabrics, decorative trim, sculptural elements and specialty finishes.
Because the throne is intended for repeated guest use, comfort, durability and the practical requirements of the finished seating can be considered alongside its appearance.
Can You Make Custom Large Christmas Snowflakes?
Yes. TBKD can fabricate oversized Christmas snowflakes and other large-scale holiday elements in custom sizes, shapes and finishes. Snowflakes can be developed as freestanding decor, suspended elements, wall-mounted pieces, scenic features or components within a larger Christmas installation.
Construction can be adapted around the required scale, weight, mounting method, environment and intended lifespan.
Can You Make Custom Christmas Decor With Glitter?
Yes. Glitter and other decorative surface treatments can be incorporated into custom Christmas decor when they suit the creative direction. Depending on the application, we can develop finishes ranging from subtle sparkle and metallic effects to heavily glittered surfaces.
The finishing approach can also be selected with handling, durability, installation and repeated seasonal use in mind.
Can You Sculpt a Custom Santa on a Rope?
Yes. Custom characters and unusual Christmas props can be sculpted specifically for an installation—including a Santa climbing or hanging from a rope. We can develop the pose, scale, sculptural details, clothing, facial features and finish around the creative concept.
For suspended or elevated displays, the sculpture and its support or mounting requirements need to be considered together so the finished piece is designed around the intended installation.
